This 4-Week course will have a different physical & spiritual focus each week, building on the last. The FeetUp Trainer can help you “Switch Perspective” on your physical practice by increasing awareness, supporting, adding challenge, or simply turning everything upside-down. Strengthen core, awareness & focus while playing like a child with your “yoga partner” who has no expectations, judgment or competition.
This 4-week course will introduce you to the FeetUp Trainer. We believe this is a practice that's suitable for EVERY body.

Time: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own. Limited to ONLY 4 students due to covid restrictions. Online registration is required to secure your space.

The FeetUp Trainer has been developed to make headstands accessible to everyone. By using this tool yoga students are able to progress with their headstand practice much quicker as it helps to build confidence in those challenging inversions.
No weight is placed on the head when using a FeetUp Trainer as the tool evenly distributes the weight across the shoulders. This means pressure is taken off the neck, and the spine is gently stretched. The hands can be placed onto the handle bars and this helps massively with balance. Over time you can play around with releasing the hands, moving the legs, shifting the weight around and seeing what feels good for you.
