Private Lessons for individuals, groups and families are by appointment only.
Heated & Non-Heated MAT Yoga Classes | 60 minute, 75 minute & 90 minute classes, times vary but prices are valid for all classes. Does not include Workshops, Beach Yoga, Aerial Yoga, SUP Yoga or Private Sessions.

This is a month to month contract and can be cancelled anytime AFTER your 3 month commitment. Cancellations will take place on the last day of the month in which the cancellation is requested. By signing up for Monthly Limited Membership (1 class per day) you agree that your payment method will be charged month to month on the sale date. Can not be shared.
Elevate your yoga practice with the support of the aerial silk hammock. After a centering warm up, you'll move through poses that will build upper body & core strength, You'll cool down with some restorative stretches and perhaps one of the most blissful savasanas floating in the silk. Perfect for the Beginner to Advanced Yogi. Online Registration is Recommended. LIMITED TO 5 STUDENTS
You'll love this experience! Beginners, don't be intimidated. Just get ready for a FUN time followed by the most peaceful and unique savasana of your life. Paddle Board Yoga classes are held behind the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation, on The Sound. Rentals include Board, paddle, life vest, whistle and anchor.
Online registration is required, 1 hour in advance of each class.
Masks: A mask covering your nose and mouth in required to enter our space and in all common areas. Once you get to your mat and will remain on your mat you may remove it if you want. Masks are NOT required during class. After class masks are required until you exit our building.
