HOT 26 METHOD
The Hot 26 Method is a 90 minute traditional Hot-method yoga class that includes a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Practice begins with pranayama deep breathing to focus the mind and energize the body and then systematically massages, stretches and stimulates every muscle, gland, and organ in your body. The room is heated to a max of 105 degrees, with 30to 40% humidity—so, expect to sweat! Regular practitioners of this method gain strength, flexibility, and balance and often report more peace and focus outside the hot room.
This class is designed for all levels!. Beginners Welcome.
HOT 26 EXPRESS
Hot 26 Express is a 60 minute version of the Hot 26 Method described above. Many of the same wonderful benefits, just in a shorter amount of time. After the first breathing exercise and 2 sets of three postures, one set of each posture is done.
This class is designed for all levels.
FIRE FLOW VINYASSA (Hot, 60 minutes)
Taking Vinyasa Flow up a notch, this class is a HOT powerful, dynamic and vigorous flow class. Build strength, increase flexibility, twists out the toxins and introduce a new challenge to your current yoga routine. In this class, you may see inversions, advanced postures and multiple variations on poses. Get ready to have fun, try new postures and challenge yourself to find your personal edge.
HOT POWER FLOW (Hot, 90 minutes)
Get ready to sweat! As the class name suggests, this one is HOT! Practiced in a room heated between 80-90 degrees, you will be moved through a vigorous practice that will both challenge and empower you. Designed to strengthen and lengthen every part of your body, you can expect a class that will work your arms, legs, core and everywhere in between. All levels welcome.
SLOW FLOW TO RESTORE (Warm, 60 minutes)
A slow paced vinyasa class balancing the perfect amount of effort and ease. Beginners and seasoned practitioners alike will benefit from the pace and inward-focus of this class. Soothing and restorative, it melds several types of yoga (yin, restorative, slow flow vinyasa) in a complimentary way to help you channel quiet and calm in your body. Class will begin by passively holding poses with the support of props (blankets, blocks, and bolsters) to promote increased energy flow, balance, and the quieting of a busy mind, and will conclude with a slow flow vinyasa practice and more restorative poses to prepare your body for a blissful savasana. Expect to leave feeling restored and renewed.
(LSD) LONG-SLOW-DEEP (Warm, 60 minutes)
Long holds, Slow breath & Deep stretches! LSD mainly focuses on opening shoulders, hips and lengthening hamstrings. The room is warm and all postures are either lying down or seated -- GREAT FOR BEGINNERS & all experience levels. The class will end with a guided relaxation so you leave feeling super Zen.
VINYASA FLOW (Non-heated, 60 minutes)
This is a Vinyasa Yoga class linking movement with breath. Sun salutations done with creative sequencing. You can gain many wonderful benefits including; increased endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility, in addition to calming the mind. This class is open to all levels of practitioner. We encourage anyone to try. The focus is on flowing from pose to pose and linking your movement with your breath.
BEGINNER YOGA (Non-heated, 60 minutes)
Beginner Yoga explains poses, breath, and transitions in great detail, offering modifications for all skill levels and physical needs. This class is a perfect place for new yogis to start their practice and for long time practitioners to connect with their community and inspire new yogis.
GENTLE FLOW Yoga (Non-heated, 60 minutes)
Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. No experience or flexibility required. The primary intention of this practice is to explore and refine foundational poses.
RELAX & UNWIND Yoga (Non-heated, 60 to 75 minutes)
Unwind is a mild, relaxing class that combines restorative postures, yin yoga, gentle hatha, and myofascial release. The use of props, aromatherapy towels, and massage or acupressure may be included to create a one of a kind experience. This class calms the mind and activates the parasympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation, healing, and growth. Perfect for all levels, pregnant women, and anyone needing to slowly work toward a yoga practice due to injury or pain.

SUNRISE Yoga PRACTICE (Non-heated: all levels; 60 minutes)
Plenty of sun salutations and breath work, Sunrise Yoga is a great start to your morning. This mixed leveled class gives options for everyone, beginner to advanced, and may include guided meditation or set an intention for the day.
Start your day with the sun, and be ready to conquer your day.
COMMUNITY SERVICE PRACTICE (Non-heated; all levels; 60 minutes)
Our community service classes are free to the public and teach yoga as a practice of healing and rehabilitation. Teachers rotate on the schedule and the style of class may change according to what the teacher decides for that day.
