No Stand Up Paddle Board experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water! Private Lessons and group Classes are held at Navarre Beach.
SUP Yoga Private Lessons
Private Group Lesson (2-5 people): $70 per person for a 1 hour session
Private Individual Lesson: $90 for a 1 hour session.
Includes an introduction to paddle board before the 1 hour session.
SUP Yoga - All Levels
A beautifully mindful yoga class on the water. We will guide you through a series of simple yoga poses with beginner to advanced options while you float softly on your anchored paddle board. Move, flow and balance with your mind and body while you interact with the element of water in an unforgettable experience. We finish each class with a relaxing, floating savasana.
Floating Meditation - All Levels
Meditation on the water is a beautiful thing. Whether meditation is a big part of your life, you are a beginner or only curious, this class is right for you. Our instructors guide students through a variety of meditation techniques while you float, and breath on your anchored board. Find your ultimate ZEN.
SUP Sunset Yoga - All Levels
Enjoy the peace and beauty of an on the water sunset along with the serenity of Yoga on your Stand Up Paddleboard. Join us for an utterly unique way to challenge your mind and body on the water. After a short session on SUP skills you will paddle out for a relaxing and energizing yoga session that will help build your balance, strength, endurance and meditation.
SUP Yoga Flow Workshop - All Levels
This SUP Yoga Flow workshop includes an introduction to paddleboarding, a short paddle journey, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. A beautiful way to harmonize body and spirit. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers.
Due to a limited number of paddle boards, SUP Yoga has a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your reservation, please EARLY CANCEL 12 hours prior to class time to be credited a refund or to use the credit for another time. Otherwise you will lose your class credit and have no refund option available.
If the weather is not ideal for SUP (raining, high winds or lightening, class will be cancelled. Students may choose another date in the summer to use their pass or request a refund of payment.
We recommend wearing sunscreen, bringing a towel and a reusable water bottle.
Masks: A mask covering your nose and mouth in required to enter our space and in all common areas. Once you get to your mat and will remain on your mat you may remove it if you want. Masks are NOT required during class. After class masks are required until you exit our building.
