HERE’S HOW:

  • Live Stream classes will be held via online meeting software Zoom. To save time, download Zoom onto your laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone before class.
  • Login to your account right now (or create an account if you’re new) and check all the boxes to receive email notifications so we can send you the link to access your class

VIRTUAL ONLINE MAT YOGA CLASS

  • Sign up for class a minimum of 2 hours before your virtual class time begins, by using your membership or any Class package. Note that all times are CST.
  • You will receive your Zoom class link at the bottom of your class registration. Be sure to check your "other folder" if you did not receive your class registration. Click the link 10-15 minutes before class time to join your virtual classroom!
  • Set yourself up in a space with strong internet signal, with your personal yoga mat and any props or alternatives you have. Towels, books, and belts can stand in for rolled-up mats, blocks, and straps! Your teacher will teach a class catered to small spaces and limited props.

Slow Down - Experience the beauty of nature

We offer SUP Yoga for beginners and multiple styles of SUP Yoga classes to enhance your yoga practice. Aside from the calming feeling of being afloat on water, an abundance of fresh air and having a beautiful landscape as your view is definitely priceless! How can you make your yoga experience better? Well, try stand-up paddle boarding yoga to see! Allowing your body to go with the flow of water produces a calming effect to your mind. The peacefulness of the water combines yoga with a relaxing, stress-reducing feeling. It gives a rejuvenating feeling of being in union with the water.  As you slow down on your movement, it also allows you to focus more on your breathing and increase your control over it. The practice of SUP Yoga requires you to pay attention to your breath as well as your body movements. Focusing on your overall breathing and balance is indeed a step closer to developing a deeper level of mindfulness or self-awareness. All SUP classes take place at Navarre Beach, on The Sound side.
